“Our mission is to provide a dedicated environment for the spiritual restoration and development of men. Through curriculum-based study, men’s retreats, and outdoor fellowship, we foster a Christ-centered community rooted in Christian biblical principles.”

The Kingdom Warrior Project was forged from the shared vision of five friends who carry a deep passion for the hearts of men. United by faith and a calling to see men restored, strengthened, and equipped, they came together with a desire to create a brotherhood where authenticity, accountability, and spiritual growth could thrive. What began as a simple idea among friends has grown into a movement dedicated to helping men rediscover their identity, purpose, and strength as warriors in their homes, communities, and in their walk with God.

Chad Barber

Chad Barber

Founding Team Member & Ministry Director

As Director of The KW Project, Chad Barber is driven by a passion for helping men reclaim their hearts and become the men they were created to be. Since 2016, he has led men’s accountability groups, walking alongside men as they pursue growth, healing, authenticity, and stronger relationships.

Chad believes that real change happens in community and is dedicated to creating spaces where men can be challenged, encouraged, and supported in their journey.

Outside of his work with The KW Project, Chad works as a Sysadmin and is an aviation enthusiast who enjoys everything related to aircraft and flight. He has been married for 33 years, is the proud father of four grown daughters, and treasures every opportunity to spend time with his two grandsons.

Derrick is a husband, a father to a young daughter, and a man who feels most at home outdoors. Through The KW Project, he is passionate about helping men grow deeper in their faith and discover the purpose God has for their lives.

He is committed to creating authentic spaces where men can step away from the noise, build meaningful connections, and pursue lasting growth. Faith and brotherhood are important parts of his life, and he enjoys helping other men grow in their relationship with God.

Professionally, Derrick works as a delivery specialist for a medical supply company, serving others through dependable care and service throughout central PA.

Nevin Brubaker

Nevin Brubaker

Founding Team Member & Secretary

Nevin is passionate about helping men discover who God created them to be and uncover the unique gifts He has placed within them. His desire is to help men find purpose, grow in their faith, and become authentic followers of Christ through meaningful community and connection. He believes that when men walk together in honesty, encouragement, and accountability, they can live with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.

Professionally, Nevin works as a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cycling, woodworking, and spending time with his family.

He has been married to his wife Glori for 25 years and together, they have 5 children.

Jeff Babb

Jeff Babb

Founding Team Member

Jeff is passionate about helping men recover their true hearts and discover the men God created them to be. He believes every man is called to live with purpose and lead faithfully within the kingdoms God has entrusted to him. Since 2019, Jeff has been involved in recovery ministry, helping men find freedom, healing, and a deeper relationship with God.

Professionally, Jeff serves as a National Sales Manager in the food industry. He enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time in the mountains and wilderness, where he connects with God and appreciates the beauty of His creation.

Jeff has been married to his wife for 44 years and is the proud father of four adult children.

Caleb Coldiron

Caleb Coldiron

Founding Team Member

Caleb is passionate about helping men discover the purpose God created them for. He believes every man was made for a battle to fight, an adventure to live, and a beauty to rescue. Through encouragement and discipleship, he seeks to help men embrace the life and calling God has placed before them.

Caleb was introduced to the Wild at Heart message and attended his first retreat in 2024, an experience that strengthened his desire to help other men pursue God and live with purpose.

Professionally, Caleb has worked as a mechanic in several industries, including four years of military service. He currently works as a maintenance mechanic for a beverage wholesaler. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, shooting, archery, and rucking.

Caleb has been married to his wife, Robyn, since 2012, and together they have two sons, Lucas and Logan.
